-Students who have earned the right to transfer to our vocational school must register (Principal) on September 04-05, 2023 during working hours by personally applying to our vocational school's student affairs unit or through a proxy appointed by a notary.

-The responsibility for the documents submitted by students applying for transfer lies with them. If there is an irregular situation and it is detected, their registration will be deleted even if they have registered.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE BROUGHT FOR REGISTRATION.

-If available, High School Diploma or Certified Copy

-Identity Photocopy

-1 Photograph

-Student ID belonging to the university they are coming from

-Document Stating There is No Objection to Transfer

    (The student will obtain it from the school they are currently enrolled in.)

THE ORIGINALS OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS UPLOADED DURING THE APPLICATION MUST BE PRESENTED DURING REGISTRATION
•    The OSYM Result Document showing the YGS, LYS or YKS Placement Results and All Score Types submitted by the student during university admission, (For Additional Article-1 applications),
•    Student Status Document obtained from the higher education institution they are enrolled in or from the e-government platform (can be QR coded, e-signed, or wet signed),
•    An approved or QR coded grade sheet/grade transcript/transcript document showing all the courses taken by the student up to the term they wish to transfer to, excluding the preparatory class (Documents in a foreign language must be translated into Turkish.),
•    Students who have attended a preparatory class or frozen their registration must document their status,
•    Students studying in a second education program and applying to the first education with their general grade point average must bring an approved official document showing that they are in the top ten percent at the end of the relevant academic term.
•    Course Contents, the contents of the courses they have passed (Students who do not submit course contents will be adapted to the first year.)
•    Document regarding whether they have received a disciplinary penalty, (If it is written in the student document or transcript, it is sufficient)
•    In applications from foreign higher education institutions, for programs where success ranking is not required, the central placement score in the score type valid for the diploma program they wish to transfer to must be equal to or higher than the lowest base score of equivalent diploma programs at other universities in the country,

Note: Students can take a maximum of 30 ECTS courses in their first term.
